    In a bathroom I'm replacing a regular outlet to a gfi. When I push the test switch in it keeps tripping. What gives?

    Would it be better just to take it all out and run new to make it simple?

    It had three switches with Dial for the heater. Now I'm trying to go with this switch or something like it. I do have that tester. When I hook 2 set of wires up but one I get power to everything but nothing turns on.
