A tight mix of Coving adhesive. The Knauf one seems to work best, even better if it’s gone off in the bag a bit as it sets lightning fast.- Micktw68

Notifiable and warranting a certificate are two different things . Exchange of like for like equipment doesn’t warrant a certificate (Minor works) Replacement of the supply cable to an existing fan would require a minor works Cert.
