    I have an office which we only heat when I am in there, put it on a seperate 2 port valve and a simple time clock which we boost for an hour at a time, works for me.

    I think that even changing the bulbs is a bit of a fools errand, personally think they should be replacing with LED floods.

    I always list parts and labour anyway but suggest if you don't, split an invoice into parts and labour and send him a copy. I would not supply original reciepts.
