Gu10 led lamps

I use Planet GU10 3W SMD LED's £5.50+vat from wholesalers, 1 bad lamp out of 100+, customers love em. 2 year warranty.

ufh problem

Plumber is talking out of his waste pipe. The idea of the UFH manifold having a pump is just to boost flow around the UFH heating pipe work (long run of narrow pipe with lots of bends) and to assist the original CH/DHW pump. I have wired several wet UFH systems & they all have two pumps running...

If cost is such an issue try these. http://m.cpc.co.uk/en-GB/product.aspx?c=1651&p=50&pid=LA0298707 You would be hard pressed to find non fire rated for this price.

EICR retification.

What do you guys do after rectification of defects listed on an EICR. Reinspect the installation and issue a new EICR? Do you charge for the inspection again? Issue a new EICR? Fill out a MW or EIC for the rectifications and provide with the 1st EICR?
