Yeah this is what I have it as Thanks for the clarity. In essence, it's worth noting and just making them aware. I suppose with these EICRs, a lot of installations are still in good working order; it's just our ever-changing landscape of the IET regs that keeps us on our toes!- Tooly1

Sorry the landlord / building operator believes it isn't an issue and has never been flagged previously. In the previous job notes it stated a electrical danger notice was issued for bno equipment also but not highlighted the danger.- Tooly1
