As mentioned above, that plug does not meet regulations purely on the sleeved earth pin, which is a definite no-no.
I suspect the body dimensions are also not sufficient, but difficult to be sure.

I don't see the fire risk with that, assuming the connections and incoming cable are secure and made off well. It's only a big oven with heating elements.

As above - I don't see how you will be able to rely on a single point of that frame sipporting 30kg. If it was me who had installed the frame then I would void any warranty
SPDs, as with any switchgear etc are tested to stringent requirements and standards. Obviously occasionally something will go wrong, but I would say this is probably a freak thing.
