    LED dimmer problems UK

    Just fitted 7 LED downlights and all working okay but want to replace the switch with a dimmer. Existing switch has the 2 browns in a block then at the top L1 = Black L2 = grey and the bottom L1 = Grey and L2 black but the dimmer just has one L1 and L2. Do I just pair the L1s and L2s together ?
