Texecom Veritas 8 Stand alone keypad button replacement

Sorry to appear to be a bit thick. I installed the alarm myself in 2012. I like reading and understanding before going ahead. What is sensible or not is quite subjective. I asked if anybody had already changed the keypad buttons to help me, Is that unreasonable?

Thanks for that, I have already tried to undo the clips but no joy. There must be a simple way of doing it. There were no instructions with the replacement kit so if anybody could send me a copy I would much appreciate. I phoned the Texecom support line and all the guy told me was to start by...

Hi, If anybody has already replaced the keypad buttons on a Texicom Veritas8 stand alone alarm, please would you tell me how to get the old buttons away from their housing. (See photo) I have the engineers code. Thanks in advance.
