tool for floorboards + other stuff?

I just need to replace some floorboards in the house and maybe even skirting boards and want to get nice cuts. I was thinking is there any multi-purpose tool that can do floorboards, plasterboards and bricks. Something that an electrician would use but then you can also use it for floorboards...

    which junction box for light

anyone know any ideal junction box for a lighting circuit. I have tried the ashley hager ones but they seem filmsy and fidgety to get 4 cables in securely. It's 4 cables so 3x1mm and 1x1.5mm, will throw them into wago 221s and then need to find a adequate jb any ideas? also another question...

Anyone know good voltage & continuity tester?

ok I don't think I'll be going for the multimeter atm, ideally a two pole tester, don't really want to spend 100 on a t150, the ebay ones I can't seem to find a legit seller or trusted source, maybe i'm just being cautious. Would the t90 serve the same purpose as the martindale or in what way is...

Anyone know good voltage & continuity tester?

can't i just use a dbl pole volt tester to see if the circuit is a ring or radial, it's a b32 mcb with 2 wires going into the Cb but, there's 3 sockets with single wires (1 socket use to have a switch spur for a floodlight but a electrician removed that recently since we didn't need it anymore)...

Anyone know good voltage & continuity tester?

Ok so If I buy a t150 I wouldn't need to buy a multi meter + a two pole voltage&continuity tester? I'm not too fussed on buying a two pole tester atm, I'd rather just buy a budget friendly multi meter for £10 and under lol prob won't get one for that much and test what I need to for now, I can...

    what dewalt drills to get4electrics?

Is this what I should be looking for if I’m doing electrics, I feel like it’s overpriced I’m sure I saw a similar set for 120-130ish or maybe it’s when they were on sale, https://www.screwfix.com/p/dewalt-dcz298d2t-sfgb-18v-2-x-2-0ah-li-ion-xr-cordless-combi-drill-impact-driver-twin-pack/920hp

Yh I think I prefer dewalt might put a pause on drill for now maybe; I’m getting a fluke continuity and voltage tester, I’ll have a look at the drills down the line once they’re on sale or something I’ll grab the 2 drill kit
