Can someone explain this wiring?

I even struggled to work out which of the 2 wires with black sleeving was neutral and which was live 🤔 According to the manufacture's guide on the fitting, it doesn't even show the two metal base's earths!

Can someone explain this wiring?

Hi guys, I fitted this ceiling light a few days ago for a relation and whilst there has been no issues with it, the wiring has left me somewhat baffled. Can someone explain why it has 3 earth wires? I am going to assume one is an earth for the light itself and one is an earth for the metal...
