Capacitors on floor buffer issues
Hi, we have a floor buffer for commercial floors. The buffer would not come on when plugged in and start handle pulled. I examined the two capacitors and one had crystals at the hole in the top, like it had been leaking. I replaced like for like and reconnected the wires as they were. I...- jeff456
