    Dependant on state as to what they call it. In Queensland it was known as your white card. Here in the Territories it's called a blue card. It can be done on line and printed off, for a fee of course.

    Australia have their regs that are almost the same as UK regs. However, as a form of local employment protection you will have to obtain your relevant state licence dependant on what you wish to do here.

    As sparksNZ said. You can get your licence in South Australia but it won't be recognised in Northern Territories or Western Australia. Queensland licence is only recognised in Queensland and not in the other states/territorries. So pick which state/territory you want to work in and go from there!
