but what we forget is that 3p will be added to the price over 9 months ONTOP of the rest of the stuff thats added..!! i.e the VAT, THE CURRENT DUTY and the PRICE the Fuel costs as well!!! my local raised its price 6p in 2 days!!! currently sat at 117.9p for the diesel
