Earthing the metal framed building

Hi Ian, All the building is hidden, but things like handrails are metal which are going to be fixed to the metal frame etc

Hi, I am currently working on a block of flats which the whole building is steel framed, my question is really... does it need to be earthed? Thanks

Bonding gas/water yellow and blue

So is this topic a grey area in general lol I can never find or hear a straight answer for it as I have also heard that bonding something that doesn’t need a bond will possibly start a not needed potential??

So does that mean only if they are accessible? And what if the blue plastic goes straight to white plastic? Would we have to take the bond over to the copper?

Hi I am recently qualified and still have a lot of learning/reading to do but Blue plastic waterpipe incoming, seems to always be a grey area with electricians I work with, me personally wouldn’t bond it..... Although we have to prove that in the plumbers install their is no copper going to...
