    Hi could be first light is to a wc/bathroom with a fused spur for fan overrun and wired on wrong side. Worth checking all the 3a fuses. Had similar problem stumped me for a couple of min's MCB tripped but nothing came on afterwards.

    Totally agree cable is best and with more automated items there is no way wifi can cope. CAT6a everywhere or whatever is best at the time. Future proof as much as possible IMO.

    Hi can you tell me is it a legal requirement to have a lockable key switch isolator c/w fuse for FA Panel. Or is a fused spur outlet acceptable? As heard if FSO installed should be upgraded. Appreciate your advice.
