transformer on outside socket
just priced a job to do tommorow, it is an outside water feature and it has a transformer plug on the end. only just thought of this on returning home. Had planned a double ip rated socket to connect it too but don't think i would be able to close lid. anyone had this problem before?- thekingiam

Distribution board tails
Hi all just a quick one may sound really stupid what is the name of the flexible meter tails inside a distribution board used to link busbar and main switch etc I need to purchase some in 6mm but can only find normal double insulated meter tails and was wondering what this cable is actually called?- brightspark2010

Has any one ever seen this before? Unknown Plug and Socket - 500V, 63/75A rated

Fire rated downlights
My customer, who has a lot of downlights (12v )throughout the house would like them all changing to mains led. I pulled a couple down to check the connection - JB in place so I could cost accordingly. I have noticed that all fittings including ones with habitable room above are not fire rated...- Luminous

IP Rated Remote Socket
I need a couple of these for a job. 2 x single IP65 or IP66 sockets with remote. have only ever used Byron, but although they work well, the lid is so hard to open, i've ripped them off the wall trying. anyone got a source? cheers, Tel.- telectrix
