test cert. in scotland
hi. does anyone know if you require to be nic or select registered to be able to give a test cert to building control after the completion of a new intallation? or would one of the 'shop' bought ones suffice ie. kew technic certs. any advive appreciated.- thomas1981

building warrants
Hi Guys , contractor that we use (not nic or select registered) have told me that to install a socket in a area used by the public requires some kind of building warrant or planning permission ,can anybody shed some light on this . We are in Scotland.- frankmac
