Hi guys, just going through the process of setting up my own company and have a few basic questions. What are the pros and cons of limited company verses sole trader? As a small company starting out is it worth Vat registering straight away? Thanks in advance Billy

JIB Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) JIB - Is it me or am I really graded as this?
