Right PIR or EICR for those that are working to amendment 1 , dont start lol , came across some classics to day firstly how not to pin a notice to a wall , the other was a bit concerning OLD wylex CDU supplying 2 showers and lights heaters etc ,supply cable is a 10mm mims protected by a 40 amp MCB , fine they have obviousley had some overload problems as some muppet has removed the shower circuits added 2 63 amp RCD's wired in 2 10mm circuits connected directly to the incomming of the main board which is protected by a 150 amp fuse then the cables change from 10mm to the 6mm in the original board so 2 nice 8.5 kw showers and associaed cabled are protected by a 150 amp 1361 fuse niceGefana mountaineering hut 010.jpgGefana mountaineering hut 003.jpgIm sure it would have been far simpler to increase the size of the supply cable and install an RCD and leave the MCB protection as isGefana mountaineering hut 015.jpg
