hi just tryed to replace a call piont only to find the new ones do not work with the old system.
the call piont has a red led sticking out of the top with a red puss button a phono jack and a small reset hole. does any one know of any where i can get hold of any aprox 27 years old

teminals are marked up as S, RC and -

i live in hope:)

try contacting c tec technical speak to geoff it may just be a case you have wrong part.. nursecall 800 is standard conventional and from what i can remember no real compatibility issues, part numbers start with nc, if its qt its for quantec addressable, i have list of parts somewhere

i stand corrected i know the system i used to do were ok, favourite faults were the phono socket breaking or heavy handed nurses with nails breaking the cover over the buttons, but all of these are available spares

what was problem you had?
