After getting rid of Bulk Workwear as orders were not being sent out and their phone lines went dead. I thought I need to find another Electricians Workwear Supplier.

I'm fine thanks, I'm trying to pretend I've retired.

In all seriousness I can't think of anyone I've worked with in the 20 years of self employment who wears a baseball cap. Bump cap, hard hat or wooly in the winter but not baseball, I don't know if it makes a difference but virtually all of my work is commercial and most I've worked with have moved on from house bashing so tend to be on the mature side.

You're right! VP said they dont sell any unless in batches for merch for a band or something.

I'm not needing anything just now, but a couple years ago from a local stockist, i got polo's... a child polo for when i took a kid to work one time, a few branded vis vests. Also a big hi vis coat with hood for winter.

Do VP do other branded items such as cups, pens, usb sticks etc... or just workwear?

Yeah they do those things for customers who have other stuff done too. They don't make anything on them really as they often need baking or laser engraving or whatever so take time to do 50 etc.

Will be testing them all out soon enough though as I want a page for each forum with branded merchandise and give a share of profits to that tradesperson charity that helps those with mental health issues I think it is.

Will do a poll and pick a good one that lots agree should be the one. Even change it annually. Can't imagine loads coming from it but across all forums we will be sending a fair bit overall.

I'm sure if you did EF (or PF, TF etc) cups, coasters whatever and gave them away to members... it could spread the word of the forums in the real world for a time...

Yes mate and van stickers even. All work in progress. The main thing im doing first it optimising their website as they dont know how to do that. And for trades workwear at least we have a lot of weight for those types of wording with the forums. So will share some of that weight with their site. And that should help their other categories (nhs staff uniform etc) rank naturally a bit better.

And going to run some facebook ads and google ads for them too and manage that until we find a sweet spot.
