I used to think that 2391 2392 was something for established and experienced electricians to aim for in their career.
However if the above is the new calibre of candidate then I think the trade is fooked.

Can't be a first year student, the inspect and test courses are for people who have already completed the core qualification.

The worrying thing is most centers who do these courses don't give a damn who does them as long as they pay the fees. That IMO is as bad as the Electrical Trainee courses.

There was another one here like that a day or two ago - clearly someone trying to I&T that was way over their comfort zone and experience. And that's just not right!! If I'm to put my life in the hands of an installation, I need to know that the person who says it's safe to use, actually knows whether or not it's safe to use - otherwise I might just as well have done it myself!!!
