Off the wall a bit but I've been reading about Brian May's home made guitar and how he incorporated a switch into it that would reverse the polarity of the pick ups and open up a load of different sounds. What I'd like is for you to come up with a switching arrangement that would do this because I fancy it for one of my guitars.

I've been thinking whether to post the question for a while mate, whether it's relevant or not but what is a guitar pick up? It's a small generator so in my world it's on the money. I can't wait for some of the answers

mate of mine used to manufacture guitars. he came up with the idea of splitting the pick up into 2 halves, so the 2 would move independently and produce different sounds to a single pick up.
