Office rewire cost

Hi there

im having an argument with a customer about an office rewire. We agreed day rate but now we are having an argument.

The building is on 4 floors.

The rough spec is

13 storage heaters throughout the building these are not new

There are 2-3 rooms on each floor with dado trunking with cat 5
lighting throughout is cat 2 600x600
Emergency bulkhead lights

submain up to 1st floor with 1st and 2nd floor run back to local db
Modifications to fire alarm but essentially not rewired.

It's pretty basic spec approx 150sqm

can anyone give me a guide price per sq meter?

Not enough info mate. Just for one example how many 600 x 600 lts? ATM Monkey has the closest guess.

If as you say you have agreed a day rate surely it doesn't matter if you are installing 1 socket or 1000
the only thing missing is an agreed % mark up on materials
