Have any of you dealt with this company? I bought two inline foot dimmers/transformers off them last week as a direct replacement for some broken ones a customer of mine has! I went to fit them earlier and they were both broken! The primary coil was detached from the pcb on both of them so useless! I phoned steve from savemylight and he basically implied i was a liar and i had broken them! No apology just accusing me of breaking them!! A-holes!! I guarantee he wouldn't have been so hostile if he was stood in front of me!:66:

They don't deserve any customers with their attitude and i hope they go bankrupt! I still can't believe his attitude straight away on the phone! I've sent them back for them to inspect! I'm glad i payed by paypal because they've got their own resolution centre!

If only I had read this before I used this company. Having a nightmare returning a faulty transformer to them. Been accused of everything.

Just left a 1 star google review, after they called me a crackpot customer, in a similar scenario to yours. They 'don't sell faulty goods' apparently (so are uniquely lucky amongst retailers), and basically you can sod off if it doesn't work. You might want to leave one as well. Trouble is they're in a good niche, if the alternative is binning an expensive but unobtainable luminaire (especially if it's one of a group). Anyone know anyone else who's serving this market?
