Subbies

What are you guys paying your subbies? I am using two on and off at the moment, and they are very good - I have used subbies before who are lazy and show no initiative, but these guys are spot on and work as if they are working for themselves.

What is a fair rate to pay them? They have own van and full hand and power tools.

How much money do you make out of them? Is it worth keeping them on? Just rember if they are good they will always go with the highest payer, so pay them nice, treat them good you will make money and they will be happy

I agreed on £20/hr, and I think they are ok with that as am giving them around 50-100 hours per month, and they have their own work so that keeps them busy the rest of the time. Thanks for your input!
