What is it out of, and is it faulty? It looks brand new.

It could well be a bridge rectifier with the AC input on the yellow pair, but then again it could have additional circuitry in it.

Given you're in Vietnam (according to your location) can you translate the label?

If you can translate the label and provide an English translation we may be able to help further.
 
Alternatively if you tell us what it's off or what you need it for we could suggest an alternative. If it does end up being a simple rectifier then there will be plenty of suitable replacements.
