I have a Zelio PLC installed on a machine with an electronic CT (0-10v) to read the value of current used by the machine motors.
When the value reaches the value set by the pot, an output will activate.
Example: The pot is set to 5.5v (Input Ie) and the CT read 1v to 2v normally, if in case the motor is loaded the voltage output from the CT goes up and when reached the value of the pot by using => will activate an output.
I notice when the moto is stuck and loads 120Amps. the ct goes straight to 9.9v to the input I3 and the zelio does nothing.
What can I do if the input voltage is higher than 10v?

is I3 an analogue input?
try looking at the plc software and check what the input should be doing.

Sorry, my mistake Ib is an analogue input.
If I put a resistor of 5k in series with the input from CT, do you think this will works?
