    Say Crabtree. The PZ / slot screw is a lot bigger than the normal MCB which i use a no 2 on and the rcbo which uses a no 1.

    I have CK Modulo drivers size 1 and 2 that i use on Consumer Units but i'm wondering if anywhere does a size 3 for tails going into main switches. Or even vetter a size 3 for a torque screwdriver. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

    Don't thing i've saw anyone install anything other than loop in at switch in the past ten years or so. Anything else is just a pain in the hoop.

    It's not a test i would carry out with anything plugged in, i would aldo disconnect lamps and Led lights and smoke alarms. It's the only way you'll ever be 100 confident in it results

    I believe anything over 1 Mohm is acceptable. But i would say you have a severe compression fault somewhere

    A pervert with a gambling and or drinking problem who doesn't tidy up and is on rock star money according to all other trades. That might just be the firms i've worked at though.

    Had one of those ck technician bags but it was a nuisance went back to my fatmax bag. I liked all the pocets for drivers and snips but everything else was a nuiscence in the middle of the bag the fat max gives me more room for rummaging.

    tis 1850 multi function tester

    Had one and had nothing but a bad time with it. Swapped for a fluke. The other tester loved it though. He reckoned he got the better meter but i was happier with the fluke.

    Never looked back one i chqnged to commercial and industrial. Hate the pricing system working in houses. That and its mind numbing doing the same house over and over.
