Interlock switch, not powering all of my breakers

I know. But Megawatt said “ It sounds like you are just getting 120vac instead of 240vac.” Surely a Canadian (or. USA) genny would be expected to produce 120v. ?? Confirmed by the OP

Can I remove switch to leave circuit permanently on?

You can do this right now. On thd shaver switch, move the brown wire at the top to the COM terminal at the bottom. You’ll end up with three browns in that terminal. They might fit. That will make the shaver point always on. Then you can get a replacement 1G switch and move the wires across...

Can I remove switch to leave circuit permanently on?

Ok. And is your plan to replace that switch with a single gang one?

Can I remove switch to leave circuit permanently on?

Just a quick word. Best to take a photo of the switch wiring, before you change anything.

UK Do Regs allow power socket in an enclosed bathroom vanity unit?

That changes things. You could (should) have an FCU in that position. A socket is not necessary.

    Under floor heating mat 15Amps

Your dedicated circuit is a radial, so a connection to a radial is just part of the radial, it's often called a branch. The term "spur" is when a single cable connection is made to a ring final circuit. It's important terminology as the branch you are making from the radial does not need a...

    Under floor heating mat 15Amps

I do not understand your maths. The 200watts is per square metre. So the original 18sqm mat would be 3600watts. The mats the client has bought will also be exactly the same at 3600watts. In both cases you will need a separate circuit, (16amp minimum) and you need to make sure that the...

Do I need false ceiling to mount spotlights?

Downlights are recessed so not suitable for a ceiling made of cement. Surface lights are the option here, but then you’ll need cables going to the light(s). Those cables would be on the surface, unless you fancy cutting chases into the cement.

Standard junction boxes with screw terminals

Junction boxes with screw terminals are acceptable providing they can be accessed. As with all JBs, cables need cleating, and the box should be fixed, or fitted with adequate strain relief to prevent cables being pulled out.
