Which wires go where

Hi, the zettler control unit (1st pic) is kaput so I have bought another unit, not zettler. There is nothing on the zettler unit to tell me which are live neutral, forward, reverse ect. Does any one know? I have removed the supply on the zettler.

Who can fix electrical equipment at work

I am a cleaner and the neutral pin on my hoover plug got damaged. I don't yet know who fixed it but it looks like they have put a new cord on as it is a sealed plug. They have also took the oat test ticket off the old plug and stuck it on the new one. Would an electrician have to have done the...

Cooker

Hi I have just bought a new cooker and it has a cable and plug on it but my old one doesn't. Can I put a socket on the existing cable (6mm I think) and then just plug it in.
