    Solar installations roof work

Possibly a silly question, I would like to do solar but I really don't like being on roofs, and don't fancy cutting roof tiles and all that stuff. Is it possible to have someone else install the panels under supervision and then do the electrical connecting and setup myself? Thanks, Chris.

    Internet suppliers

I am thinking of giving up my local suppliers, and getting most of my materials form internet suppliers. They appear to have much better prices. I find that with local suppliers the cost somehow keeps mounting up and there is a great big nasty bill at the end of the month. Anyone else use...

    Screwfix site light

I got a tripod twin LED site light from Screwfix for £39 but I find the tilt adjustment is really naff. You have to undo two tiny philips screws to adjust it. I am going to try and modify it with wing nuts & shakeproof washers.
