My apprentice and sick pay question
Hi guys, I`ve had an apprentice on a government scheme for 9 months now he has previously had 2 sick days which I have paid him for, but this week he hasn't been in at all saying he is ill. I have no contract of employment in place. Do I need to pay him? thanks- Ross1
