    Hi guys was wondering what you guys were using to measure the sound levels on new smoke detector certificates. I have looked at a few on Maplins website I dont want to spend massive amounts of cash but I dont want to buy a cheap one either was just wondering what you lot would suggest?

    what max zs on certs do i use

    hi guys been a while since ive worked on a tt system.We are changing some boards and are going to be installing wylex dual rcd ones.on the certs what do i put for max zs?.do i put 1667 because of rcd or do i use cb max?.The max tested zs on ring was 10.5 and the ra is 101.Thanks

    Why pay NIC extra for using their PIR Certs?

    I am looking at joining NICEIC, however have read through some of these threads that it is approx £400 for a year but just over £700 if you want to use their Periodic Certs.     Minor works certs
