I've been trying to go through the process of registering online but it won't let me for some reason. You have to sign into your HMRC account online. But then I don't see any link to get started on it

did some work for another spark last week and now he wants my utr and national insurance number to pay me under cis?
I only did 3 days work for him , I thought CIS was for long term sub contractors?
