    Newbie queation, low amps ?

Newbie question time but i need to know, Juat had 10 x 295w panels fitted and all seems well but i dont get how our system only produces 13amps max when its showing 3000watts on a good day. The panelz are 9amp each so why does the inverter show 350volts but only 11 or 12 amp max on ac or dc ?
