National Housing federation - schedule of Rates
Has anyone got a copy of the above schedule of rates. I have a copy here but there's bits and pieces missing and I am after another copy. If anyone has an electronic copy that they could email to me or give me a link on were to look, it would be greatly appreciated.- petegibbons

Call out charge? Maintenance work ?
Hi Im interested to know what some of your rates are? I was looking at getting on with a building company who will need a Maintenance electrician for call out work to domestic properties. How would you work out your charge for this kind of work? As simple as an hourly rate at £** Or...- TPES

Do these sound like fair rates to charge?
Im just working out what rates to charge people per hour. do these sound fair? 7am - 8pm : £30 for the first half hour, £25 per hour there after 8pm - 7am : £50 for the first half hour, £35 per hour there after im sure there will be times when i vary or just price for the job itself but...- jibspark

how do you price your work?
i'm nearly finished my college (2330) and have been sparking for about 5 years and the time has come for me to possibly go out on my own a do a bit of "private" work. i have the ability and the confidence now but dont have a clue where to start with pricing?! i'm not really talking about major...- chiggers
