Equipotential lead direct to a TT earth stake

TT Earth and Neutral voltage.

Just out of interest if a TT system is installed with a decent earth rod what sort of voltages exist between the Neutral in respect to real earth potential of 0 Volts? What's the average Neutral to Earth voltage, does it fluctuate from time to time? Does it get dangerous??? Thanks.

is it possible to install an earth stake inside a building {underfloor} rather than outside as house surrounded by concrete or is it better to go through concrete leaving stake outside

Broken TT earth cable

Can I have some thoughts on a broken TT Earth. The house owner has cut through there TT Earth cable 3 feet up from the stake. Can this be jointed and if so what would be a suitable connection, in an ideal world a new continuse cable would be preffered or is this the only option. I could not...

TT Earth Loop Impedence
