Hi, I wanted to wire in my pendants as per the drawing. Single switch by door to turn them both on/off. Then both pendants having their own independent switch to turn them off individually. I realise this is an impractical way of wiring them etc but is it possible?
Thanks

Yes, here is how it would operate:

With the master switch off, neither pendant will switch on with its dedicated switch.
With the master switch on, either pendant can be switched on, or off with its dedicated switch.

Is this what you were expecting?

Ah, I somewhat stupidly didn’t realise that when not turned on at ‘master switch’ they would be unusable by their own independent switches. Will just do them as normal 2 ways. Thanks for your help

This is like bed wall lights in a hotel?

The ones I’ve experienced are one side of bed two-wayed from bedside and door…. Other side of bed just a one-way

Or both lights come on together from any of the 3 switches utilising an intermediate.

You could have 2 x two ways…. With 2 switches at the door…. But there could be the possibility of one being in the on position, and the other being off.
