Yesterday evening I Woke up lying on the bed feeling very strange,it was dark and the clock said 7.30'my wife was downstairs and not ready for work .I went and asked why and she said she,d been and it was night time now,apparently the roofers had been but I. Hand,t let them in,also I had been to the shop as well.All this was a complete mystery to. me as I have no memory of any of this,it turned out. That not wearing. my glasses had resulted in me taking an overdose of pills.I am now trying to work out exactly what I did do,fortunately whatever it was it did not involve the car.

yep dead serious,spent al morning talking to people and they'd either spoken to me on the phone or seen me out shopping,scared the hell out of me,even moved the car on the drive to get in the back gate,just glad I walked to the local shop.

Hell's teeth Phil, that sounds bad!
What pills are they, you don't need to answer that.
You should be able to get your prescriptions in those blister packs with the separate sections by time and day.
I know Boots will do them for you. It may reduce the risk of taking too many.

I'm on various tablets, olanzipine which is an antidepressant and one of the others zimovane is a tranquiliser, plus painkillers for a back problem.For a while now I have been sleepeating,seriously I can open the packets or peel fruit and eat it,some mornings I wake up and the bedside table is covered with crisp packets and sweet wrappers,my wife has even had intelligent conversations whilr i,m asleep.She never worries now except when I stop breathing,apparently I hold my breath for a couple of minutes.Anyway the theory is that I,ve woken up with the back pain and taken the wrong pills,then woken up later and took some more,the wife only realised something was wrong when she came home from a party last night and I was complaining about losing a power drill and my train set! thing is I don't own a train set.Anyhow she has hidden all the pills and will only give me them as needed,so hopefully it won't happen again.

Not,sure sure what all those pills are you listed but get the jist of it.

I accidentally took 1 Tamazipan once thinking it was a painkiller, slept like a baby and literally could not get out, physically, from the bed in the morning, my arm was flapping trying to grab something and I was like a doped up .... Thing. Scared me.

Best thing for back pain is fitting light fittings all day with your arms outstretched in the air and with an arched back :43:

Maybe you should get your wife to administer your meds from now on. Sounds like there's a very real possibility you could overdose in your sleep if you're not careful.

Phil and I have similar problems. One reason I don’t drive now. Phil phoned me the next day to tell me about it.

I did the same trick last night with painkillers, they cause me to have hallucinations / flash backs. The difference is I can remember them.
