Hi all,
Has alarm man quit the forum or been tin tacked? I read a message that he posted yesterday evening concerning new members. Answers on a post card chaps...

I expect it'll be a brief absence, a little like mayfairs a couple of weeks back.

Sometimes people don't like change (myself included). I nearly cleared off a while ago but the trash got thrown out before I decided anything. We'll have a few days of noobs and then the regulars will filter few hopefully collecting a good couple of new members in the process.

hes about as i have been sending him Pms over last few days for advice, which he gave and i am grateful so he is probably just busy

He went off in a huff last night because he couldn't get his head round why there were so many new members posting - he thought it was some Machiavellian conspiracy dreamed up by the generic 'powers that be'.
Said he wouldn't be back.
