And Roger the cabin boy heheNo lol, cos we were only talking about the kids programmes that we used to watch at the weekend, Captain Pugwash and able seaman master bates reporting...
argg argg...is that you rockin the ship there roger?..lol..And Roger the cabin boy hehe
may have been involved in `movies`..of a kind...lol..Many years ago when I worked in London in a business centre, the company next door to us was called 'MasterByte'.
That's Rainbow, one of the weirdest programmes ever!
'Picture Book' (Julie Driscoll) and 'Tales of the Riverbank' were part of 'Watch with Mother' along with your first three examples.Way past my time i think!! ..All we had was ''Andy Pandy'', ''Bill & Ben'' the flower pot men, ''Wooden Top's'', ''Noddy'' and ''Watch with Mother''!!! Oh and ''Crackerjack'' for the slightly older kids, maybe Blue Peter too, not sure if that was of the same era as Crackerjack or not!! Funny how you can remember the silly things of childhood, but not where you left the car keys last night!!! lol!!
its the `how did i look on the other side` thing though Archy...I sometimes wonder if I went through that door...

knocking part c on the head. from what i've heard, this was a qualification that separated the men from the boys. What are your nominations for the worst retro steps that have been made by our industry? my nominations are:
1. scrapping of stranded T/E cable in favour of the solid rubbish we're stuck with today.
2. the stupid new cable colours.
let's have other nominations. the best will receive a "thanks" and a "like" ( sorry geordie, no broon in the prize list.)
what was that one where you went through the round...or square window....

really? if that's right, it must have gone straight over my head. i don't remember him at all. mind you, my memory's shocking. i do remember gobo and marvin though. and i have a vague recollection of a compost heap with an attitude problem.
What is this Fraggle Rock you strange Northern people speak of?
yeah, i remember sprocket! big daft thing always bouncing about. strange, but now you've mentioned that dog, i think i can see fulton mackay in the back of my mind's eye.Its all true cant quite remember his character name but he had a dog called sprocket and that's all the names i can remember
It was made by the same people behind the muppet show and was set on an island off Scotland )I think) One set of guys were always trying to build things but the other set, the Doozers were always eating what they built. Twas a great show and as said above featured Fulton Mackay as the lighthouse keeperWhat is this Fraggle Rock you strange Northern people speak of?
