Hey all...I don't know if many of you saw my 'introduction' post but I'm currently working as a buyer for an electrical contractor after having spent 9 years in the electrical wholesale industry. Also studying to be a sparky doing evening courses.

Point of this post is just to say that if anybody feels like they're getting ripped off on anything and want a second opinion..please do ask and I'll do my best to get back to you with a realistic ball park figure :cool3:

The local stealers want £50 for a pair of 180mm knipex shears

Ive seen them for around £30 online

Why don't you start a thread helping the members here being ripped off regarding the building reg course they all seem to be taking.

Yeah tbh. . .online is your best bet. . .unless you are friendly enough with a branch manager for him to have words with Knipex rep. . .may get a little cheaper
