There comes a time in every mans life when he has to think "I've got **** for brains" tonight was that time for me.
A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided that we would like a nice shiny white pvc ceiling in the bathroom with LED downlighters in so yesterday I bought a load of 2x2 timber and knocked the framework up that the ceiling panels will fit to. As I've previously said on other threads I'm happy to multiskill in my own home but no where else.
Next weekend I'll go get the cladding, new extract fan and the downlights and when I'm finished it'll look flippin great.
Tonight the old incandescent lamp popped and the only thing we had to put in it's place was a CFL, problem is the framework I built is too high to fit the bloody thing into the existing batten. Luckily her mother who lives fairly close had a few incandescents kicking around so we're not going to be peeing in the dark of a night time
