Paladin make some really good punch down tools, not cheap but very solid build, fluke also do a good one or if cost is king krone

basic cable testers on ebay for under a tenner. not the sort you need for industrial testing , but good enough to prove continuity and correct terminations.

get it all from scewfix , tester won't test transmission speeds but then again do you want to part with few hundred quid

With Krone blade option, top quality

Re. tester, depends how much you want to pay. A proper network analyser which will test crosstalk, skew, etc. and can be used to verify a cabling installation will perform as required is very expensive, and probably best to hire unless you are going to use it a lot, and you will need to read up on how it works and understand what the results mean. Simple screwfix type tester cheap as chips but only tests you've wired it right. Middle of the road would be something like this:

Test-Um NT750 LanScaper Network Testing Kit Test-Um NT750, NT-750, NT 750

^ I have this and it is very good. Includes tone generator and probe.
