Hello guys was working for an Nic contractor doing some eicrs for him done all completed sent him the certs.

One mistake I got the other half to do it and she didn't send them recorded.

Been three weeks now and he is talking about fraudulent use of certs and calling the police.

nor me. is it that he's saying he's not received them?

I was subbing for him he wanted them done on his Nic Certs. I done them on forms that where he's property, take it that's the bit he is talking about theft.

Is there some information your leaving out? seems a bit of an over reaction because his post hasnt turned up.

Nope not Nic. Absolute nob he is one of the forget parts of regs if it suited him sort of blokes that's the reason I stopped working for him. Late with invoices quibbled everything on them. We had no contract together there is no proof he gave me any Certs might just send him my a4 pieces of paper that I do rough copies on while on site.

Nothing left out that's exactly as it happened, think its because he needs the eicrs to quote for the rest of work, I'm not planning on stealing remedial works or anything I don't want it.

If there was any justification for doing certs on a PC and emailing them - its situations like this

What does he want me to do go on a hunt for them through royal mails sorting offices.

Going to give him options.

1 he sends me new certs and I re do them

Or

2 I send him my rough ones

Or

3 I fill out some I have on pc and email them over

Think that is fair enough?

Do this and send them to him. Don't offer anything else.

Just photo copy the copies of the originals you sent him, easy, unless I have missed something.

FFS! What a nob.

I'd just e-mail the results through and tell him if he has a problem, by all means involve the police and NIC and ESC if he wants to talk about bending regulations and stuff . . . . .

Oh yeah I've thought about that and the fact every job we done in London we where always told if we could get a trip to the wholesalers in then do it and in central London that can add hours to the job.

The fact all the lights in the Thai restaurants fell down in the kitchen because he bought cheap and nasty and not the right ones for the heat causing a Soho and Knightsbridge Thai restaurant to close for the night and not "faulty fittings"

Every test cert had to have one insulation resistance fault on it nothing could just pass.

Need I go on ?
