In what way can't it be right MateJust found this on another forum… no comments on the actual pic…this can’t be right can it?
Agree with you ,but we have no other information, just a picture of an isolator with singles entering at the bottom.Taking the single cores through separate holes like that is a big no, no.
assuming of course that the base of the enclosure is steel and that no other provisions have been made to prevent eddy currents.
No problem if it's a metal enclosure, it's the entry plate that causes problems with eddy currentsNo one commented on it …to me it don’t look right…obviously the entries into the isolator..definitely metal enclosure.
Well I can't see where the metal enclosure is earthed??Just found this on another forum… no comments on the actual pic…this can’t be right can it?
Copper sheath of the MICC????Well I can't see where the metal enclosure is earthed??
But without a picture of the entry plate it is hard to tell whether the tails have been correctly installed to prevent eddy currents
Where is the MICC you speak of!!!Copper sheath of the MICC????
The 4 cables entering the all metal enclosure! at the lower elevation.Where is the MICC you speak of!!!
So where is the enclosure earthed!!Edit my last after a better look the cables are tails PVC/PVC Singles, sorry for confusion
