Envirovent cyclone 7 cost per year?

hello i was wondering if anyone has tested the usage or cost per year of the Envirovent Cyclone 7 extractor fans the council are installing in flats/houses these days? the manual seems weird to me £1.97 per year seems way to low my electricity atm rates are 30.91 and 17.24, so was interested if anyone actually knows the usage of these fans with real cost with current prices taken into account? thanks for advice

On trickle settings they don't consumer much at all.

Bathrooom trickle is 1W...so energy used on your current tarriff would be 0.001*24hours*365days*£0.3091 = £2.71 a year
