Hi all, not sure if this is in the right thread, but here goes anyway.

Currently in talks with a new commercial client, they have requested i provide a work order escalation chart. Trouble is im struggling with how much information i should be putting in, as im guessing there is a fine line between not enough and too much.

Wondering if anyone has experience with doing this for their own business, if so any suggestions on how to go about it?

Thanks
Dave
