Set up the fuel governor wrong and used the wrong parts inside. When i load tested, it went to 180% power rating, turbo's fell apart and went into the engine, valves had a meeting with the pistons and had a "crashing time".

It was claimed on the insurance and i had to sit in-front of the boss for 20mins. He used a lot of swear words

Where do i start.... haha was part of a team that backed a magic carpet into a brand new 200k freezer.

evactuated a towerblock in the city of london, causing not one but about 15 fire engines to turn up.

evacuated a huge retail shop in lakeside on opening day.

cant think of many more of the top of my head but sure theres more, none really cost me money more pride haha

pressed the wrong button on the remote load panel, when load testing a 1.2MeggaWatt generator, put too much ,load on,got distracted,.......but soon got back on the job, when i noticed molten windings dripping out of the bottom the genny itself

there was a smell of burning....then a smell of another kind as i found out what bicycle clips are for...........
